Pictures From “THE DEBATERS”

Posted on January 4, 2010 by | 8 Comments

I promised to let bring you some of the sights and sounds of THE DEBATERS reality TV Show.

Here are a few pictures.

Some of them are cool. Some are funny.Others are plain weird.

Feed your eyes and let me know what you think.Kindly leave a comment in the box below.

Thank you.

That’s me at the beach.

Yeah, it wasn’t all work.We had some time to play.

Remember, “All work and no play….”OOPS, Prof.Karen Aribisala won’t like that-she doesn’t like cliches.lol.

Malechi, Mr. Persuasive and I.

He calls me his brotha from anotha motha.

Now, don’t let this picture deceive you-I’m at least two inches taller than Malechi. He only appears taller because Iwas standing on a lower part of the seashore.True!

Malechi and I had a huge splash of salty water all over our bodies…and as you may have guessed ,some salt got into our eyes.

That’s Precious.Even Miss Forceful knows how to unwind.

For a moment, one would think the show is called “THE SMILERS”

Check out those SMILES-hardly seen during our weekly presentations though.Understandable…it’s not easy to smile when facing three…JUDGES and millions of viewers who are waiting for you to deliver high-quality content.

SMILE ON DEBATERS.THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT!

Watch out for more pictures over the next couple of days.

Please don’t forget to leave your comments below.

Oh help me God!

Be careful what you ask for, you might just get it.

I remember how I used to ask God fro open doors and access to new levels.

The last few weeks have presented so many open doors that I am beginning to learn how to resist the temptation to satisfy everyone else at the expense of myself.

Please don’t get it twisted.I enjoy serving people.I was born to do that.

Nevertheless, every now and then, you feel the strain that comes from being ambidextrous and being in “high demand”

Just to give you a clue of what I’m talking about.

I flew in from Abuja on Monday.

Had series of engagements on Tuesday.

Had to shop for a couple of things on Wednesday.

Had to sort out some business demands on Thursday.

Travelled throgh heavy traffic to Ibadan that same Thursday.

Returned to Lagos on Friday.

Had an appointment to keep on Saturday.

Now it’s early sunday morning (few minutes past 1am now)and I am putting final preparations to the messages I’m preaching in a few hours.

I’m speaking for a friend at an early morning service then I’m off to Ibadan to stand in for a senior colleague.

I have to be back in Lagos tommorrow because I have an early morning appointment to keep on Monday morning and guess what?

I have to take off to Abuja again Tuesday evening or first flight on Wednesday to speak Wednesday evening…

What do you say?

I say “Oh help me God.

P.S.:I’m not complaining.Truth be told, a part of me actually enjoys it.

P.P.S:The blogging contest is still on.Please vote for my public speaking blog, publicspeakingmastermind.com by clicking on this link.I still believe it will rise to the top.Thanks.

Luggage at Last!

luggage

God is good.

I promised to give you updates on my luggage.
Well, though the folks at AERO promised to send it on their subsequent flight, they forgot it again so I had to endure the pain of being without all the items I had put together for the trip. You can imagine how inconvenient that was.

However, I refused to let the devil take the glory. When it was time for me to preach, I put all that distraction aside and allowed God move the way He wanted to.It was out of this world.I knew the enemy wanted me to be distracted but He lost out.

The people were blessed.

I called the folks at AERO and told them not to bother sending it again.
I picked it up at the airport when I landed in Lagos.

Thankfully, it had not been tampered with in anyway.

Thank you for standing with me in prayer.Your care and prayers made a difference.

P.S:I’ve concluded that when I grow up I will own a private jet.I hope you have too.
