I’m excited for a variety of reasons.

This week has been really interesting.

It’s also had it’s fair share of twists and turns.

Last week Sunday, I was with my friends at the Streams of Joy in Umuahia, Abia State.

We had an extraordinary time in all three services.

Early Monday morning, I set out for Port Harcourt and eventually got back to Lagos on the first Arik airways flight.

Between tuesday and friday, I had several appointments some of which I had to cancel  for reasons beyond my control(I don’t like that statement but sometimes that’s the case). If you are one of the people who I was scheduled to meet with, please accept my apologies.

I value you and I do not take you for granted.

I’ve come to realize that we all need people. Nobody makes it alone.

We all need other people to get where God is taking us.We all need reliable SUPPORT SYSTEMS. There are times when you are so lonely, tired and confused, that the tender touch and wise words of a friend or counselor mean more to you than all the money you have.

Your success or failure in life is often predicated on your SUPPORT SYSTEM.

Sometimes, life or death is a function of your SUPPORT SYSTEM.That’s why some patients are placed on life support machines-to keep them alive when they don’t have the strength to carry on.

Everyone of us needs at least FIVE SUPPORT SYSTEMS.

Through the years,  I have grown through these five SUPPORT SYSTEMS and I just want to recommend one of them to you.

If you join this SUPPORT SYSTEM, you can have the other four.

It is called FELLOWSHIP.

There are probably a thousand and one good places where you can fellowship out there but I have a special recommendation.

Let me tell you about the one that has changed my life for the better.

One that has strengthened my understanding of God’s Word and my life’s work.

One where the music is “tight” and the Word is more than just alright.

One that has granted me courage in the face of fear and faith in the midst of despair.

One that has helped me discover, develop and deploy my potential.

One through which prisoners are being freed, the abused are being healed and world leaders across various sectors are being groomed.

One that I am forever grateful to God for.

I’m talking about HOUSE ON THE ROCK.

I walked into House On The Rock for the first time almost a decade ago and  my life has been thoroughly transformed. My life is much better than what it used to be and I speak for several thousands of people.

Much of what I do today have been inspired by this SUPPORT SYSTEM.

I’m currently in S.A and I’m  joining faith and strength with the resident pastor of the South African branch and his wonderful people to further advance the vision God has planted in the heart of our spiritual father and mentor, Pastor Paul Adefarasin.

If you are in South Africa, we can’t wait to have you with us.

Please join us this Sunday at

NuMetro Cinema
Hyde Park Mall
Cnr. Jan & 6th Road
Hyde Park, Sandton

If you are not in South Africa, kindly send this link to your friends, associates and colleagues that are here.Tell them that SOMETHING GREAT IS HAPPENING IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD.

Otherwise, you could check out this link.

Catch Me At One Of These FREE Events!

After speaking at METATHESIS, in the morning session on Friday August 27, I’d zoom off to Ibadan for THE COLLOQUIUM.I’d be speaking on the subject, “CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN”

After speaking at THE COLLOQUIUM, I’d rush back to Lagos to speak at the evening session at TREM Headquarters at Obanikoro.

The next morning, I’d be at the 100 PERCENT LEADER holding at the AFE BABALOLA Hall, University of Lagos.

I am not one of the main speakers but I shall be there to share A FANTASTIC BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY that is changing the lives of so many people for the better-one of the best business ventures I have ever  been involved in.

Later on saturday afternoon, I’d be on a TALK SHOW with Chaz B and Yaw.

It’s been organized by THE YOUNG EXECUTIVES, the Teens Church of House On The Rock.

At night, I’d be speaking at the Grace Evangel Mission at Okota.

Please try to be at one or two of these events.

More importantly, keep me in your prayers.

Ask God to grant me wisdom and favor and to cause the words that come out of my mouth to cause lasting positive change in the lives of those who hear them live or via electronic media.

I expect to see you at one of these events…and thanks for your prayers.

Destiny Beckons!

I have had the privilege of  working with thousands of young people over the last decade.

It’s been a great experience-one laced with a great measure of happy and not-so-happy moments.

I’ve had to coach, comfort and counsel.

I’ve had to touch, teach and train.

I’ve had the opportunity to reprimand, restructure and reform.

The experience is one I appreciate, cherish and I’m always willing to share.

With that in mind, it would be easy for you to appreciate the joy that filled my heart when I was invited to be one of the facilitators at a training organized by the YOUNG PEOPLE’S LEADERSHIP ACADEMY and THE INDUSTRIAL TRAINING FUND.

The event held on Saturday, August 7 at TOM ASSOCIATES, Anthony Lagos.

I shared my thoughts on the theme “Building A Sustainable Youth Ministry In The 21st Century.”

I wish I could give you the entire presentation but I have decided to put up the slides here.

Youth Ministry

If you’d like me to train a team at your ministry or church, I’d be glad to.Just click on this link to know the next step to take.

A ray of hope…

After almost 80 days of our president in absentia and our Nation in limbo, it was so refreshing to hear that Jonathan Goodluck is now the Acting President.

It feels so good to know that the driver’s seat of this vehicle called Nigeria is no longer empty.

No doubt. The skeptics have a lot to say. They always do.

What do you expect critics to do?

Criticise of course!

That’s why they are critics anyway.

Regardless of what the critics say, this is a step in the right direction.

It’s a sign that there’s still hope for our Nation.

It’s a sign that things can still work.

It’s a sign that there’s a silver lining on the dark cloud that has hitherto pervaded our socio-political clime.

We have complained for too long. Now let us take a turn.

I encourage you to pray for Mr.Jonathan Goodluck.

He needs divine wisdom and direction.Let us pray that he will find it easy to do God’s will for Nigeria while he is in that office.Let us pray for peace and prosperity.Let us also pray that his successor will build on his success.

Things have been rough for many people in our Nation but I feel the change in the atmosphere.

Let us also thank God for all those who were part of the

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!” rallies, Dr.(Mrs) Dora Akunyili, Prof. Wole Soyinka and all the pressure groups that refused to keep quiet.

Nigeria’s best is yet to come.
